Nobody is going to be resentful of your success.
But you're never going to have any success while you're living in someone's basement, and talking about how famous you're going to be when your band that doesn't play out, or play at all for that matter, gets signed.
It doesn't have to be a band, it could be anything.

You don't have a career until you are being paid for something on a regular pre-determined basis.
That means having a job.

If you need to say something like, "I don't have a job, I have a career," what you're usually saying is that you know you're an unemployed waste of flesh, and you don't have a job or a career.

There's nothing exceptional about you.
The best you can hope for is that you'll be pretty good at something one day.

I'll tell you like I told my kid when he started in with this exact same bullshit:
Please, for the fucking love of god, stop posting this crap, get a damn fucking job, and stop leaching off your friends and extended family.
